Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [Legal Entity Name] ("we", "us") governing your use of the IronPact application. By creating an account or using IronPact, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IronPact. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Health and safety — read this one

• Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury.
• Strength training carries an inherent risk of serious injury. You assume that risk.
• Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain beyond normal training discomfort, dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath.
• Do not attempt loads that exceed your demonstrated capability, regardless of what the app suggests. AI-generated suggestions are based on limited data you have entered and cannot account for your form, fatigue, sleep, nutrition, or injury history.

3. User conduct and content

IronPact includes social features — friends, pacts, leaderboards, shared training plans, and user-chosen display names and usernames. Content you create and share through these features is "user content".

You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any person
• Is hateful or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way
• Depicts or promotes self-harm, disordered eating, or dangerous weight-loss practices
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone
• Is spam, a scam, or an attempt to obtain another user's credentials or payment details
• Promotes the sale or use of illegal drugs, including unprescribed performance-enhancing substances
• Infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is otherwise unlawful or objectionable

How we enforce this

• Report. Any user can report another user from the Friends list. Reports specify a reason and may include details.
• Block. Any user can block another user from the Friends list or from a pending friend request. Blocking prevents that user from sending you friend requests or seeing your activity, and takes effect immediately.
• Our response. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them within 24 hours, which may include removing the content, suspending the account, or permanently terminating it and ejecting the user from the service.

We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of this section, without prior notice.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• Do not share your account or use another person's account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes your workouts, missions, cosmetics, pacts, friendships, and any unspent tokens.

5. Tokens, purchases, and subscriptions

• Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. They are a limited, revocable license to use a feature of the app, not property.
• Tokens earned through workouts and missions are free. Tokens may also be purchased.
• Unspent tokens are forfeited when an account is deleted or terminated, and are not refundable.
• The Mystery Box awards a random cosmetic. Its odds are disclosed at the point of purchase, before you spend anything.
• Purchases made through a mobile app store are subject to that store's payment terms and refund policy, which govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through the platform you subscribed on.

6. Ownership and license

IronPact, including its software, design, and content we provide, belongs to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use.

You keep ownership of your user content. You grant us a license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the app — including displaying it to other users you have chosen to share it with.

7. Acceptable use of the service

You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt or overload our infrastructure, or falsify workout data to manipulate token rewards, missions, or leaderboards. We use automated checks to detect fraudulent token earning and may reverse rewards obtained this way.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

IronPact is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any personal injury arising from your use of the app or from any training program, load, or progression it suggests. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using IronPact and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms — immediately and without notice in the case of the conduct described in Section 3.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you in-app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Province/State, Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
